Located along Jalan Chong Thien Vun, off Jalan Apas, Giant Tawau is a popular shopping destination for the residents of Tawau and neighboring residential areas of Taman BDC, Taman Bintang, Taman Berjaya, Perdana Square, and Taman Megah Jaya.
