Titingan said Tawau International Cultural Festival (TICF) has the
potential to become a national tourism icon with the support of the
mass media......in next 20 to 50 years, the Tawau International
Cultural Festival would become an international standard annual
festival similar to those found in several countries. !"We start by making Tawau International Cultural Festival as an icon
for Sabah tourism and later a Malaysian event awaited by tourists
all over the world," he said when speaking at the presentation of
prizes to winners of a photography contest here yesterday. |
