AirAsia’s first Airbus A320 flew to the sky in December 2005.  At least 60 Airbus A320 will be operating by the year 2011 replacing the current aging Boeing 737.

AirAsia  has placed an order of total 175 units of this same model A320 plane and currently the main customer of the Airbus A320 European planemaker Airbus.

Airbus A320 has 180 seats and outfitted with AirAsia’s signature black leather seats.

At the cabin front is equipped with a state of the art touch screen management system which allows the crew to monitor the cabin environment data such as lighting and  sound system.
 

Layang Layang Aerospace airline is based in Sabah. The only airline  that provide air services to Layang Layang Island in the South China Sea 300km northwest off Kota Kinabalu.

Their current fleet consists of 2 units Australian-made GAF N-22C Nomad (9M-LLB and 9M-LLI), 1 unit Bell 206B-3 JetRanger III (9M-LLH), 1 unit Antonov An-38-120 (RA-41900) and 1 unit Short SC.7 Skyvan (9M-LLA).
