Institut Sinaran started in 1987 as Sabah Tshung Tsin Pre-University Centre to provide affordable internationally recognized Pre-U qualifications locally. And has since been the biggest A-Level Centre in East Malaysia

Institut Sinaran commitment towards leadership training and the growth and development of our students through participation in extra curricular activities. Institut Sinaranr democratic culture of free campaigns and elections for our Student Council are nurturing our students to be effective leaders of tomorrow.

Institut Sinaran is strategically situated along Jalan Damai, within a few minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu and conveniently located for outstation students as residential area and shops are within walking distances from the Institute.

The pleasant, peaceful and well laid out campus ground provides a conducive learning environment.
