YPPB Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera scholarship
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) certificate holders can apply for Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera (YPPB) scholarship
This Scholarship was launched at the end of 2011.
Each student will receive between RM100,000 and RM300,000 under the scholarship scheme.
YPPB was established to provide children from poor families an opportunity to further their education, both here and abroad.
Malaysian government is aware that there are gifted children who could not realize their true potential due to environmental constraints such as poverty, unsuitable home environment and no access to learning facilities.
Malaysian government ensure poverty would not hinder students from obtaining higher education.
Education is a launching pad towards improving the socio-economic standards of poor families, eradicate poverty and ensure a brighter future for the country
