斗湖文化嘉年華 Festival KEBUDAYAAN TAWAU

多元文化嘉年華

盛大嘉年華會。觀賞多彩多姿文化節目表演，瀏覽各種貨品展銷攤販，節裝飾品、手工藝品、美食攤。沙巴州首席部長拿督斯里邦里瑪慕沙阿曼，親臨為這項嘉年華會主持推介儀式。

斗湖是馬來西亞文化大熔爐，民族學習包容、尊重，透過認識與了解，廿六個民族融入馬來西亞文化大家庭，彼此和樂共生共存.

斗湖擁有全球最高的熱帶雨林大樹，世界級水平的高爾夫球場，以及新鮮廉價的生猛海鮮等等，是値得遊客前來觀賞旅遊。

斗湖不能依賴西巴丹島或仙本那海島旅遊業來帶動本地經濟，而必需創立屬於斗湖獨有的旅遊品牌。必需創造屬於斗湖又能吸引遊客目光的旅遊品牌。

斗湖文化嘉年華會成為振興斗湖旅遊業的首炮。該項嘉年華會將邀請東協東部經濟共同成長區裡的汶萊，印尼，馬來西亞及菲律賓等國的文化團體參與演出。

斗湖市議會前面路段，從一月十三日至一月十五日，一連三天封閉為了主辦文化嘉年華盛會，使用市議會前面舞台作為舞蹈表演場地.

市議會未有一個靠近市區的恰當地點，所以選擇了市議會前面建設舞台，目的是吸引更多觀
眾，同時也向外來嘉賓展現鬥湖市區。

這次盛會共有來自三個國家的廿六個民族舞蹈在一月十五日晚舉行。

BIMP-EAGA Cultural Festival 2011

To be held at the Tawau participating countries Brunei, Indonesia, the Philippines, our country Malaysia.

Location : MPT ground on January 15, 2011 (Saturday)

Cultural Tribes participating in the festival
Tidung, Chinese, Murut, Penan, Lundayuh, Bajau, Bugis, Indian, Java, Toraja, Butun, Iban, Kokos, Sulug, Pakistani and Bisaya.

The event was filled all day festival.

1- Cultural Exhibition
2- Handicraft Exhibition
3- Cultural dances, traditional music and folk songs.
4- Parade in Traditional dresses
5- Closing ceremony by Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Musa Aman
6- Fireworks display.

斗湖文化節之遊行

從這個文化節當中，我有一絲啟發。
為何斗湖不建設一個“文化村”，類似深圳的“錦繡中華”，台灣也有一個，以介紹每個族群和文化。

村內有些遊戲、文化表演等等的項目。
每個組群都有一個展覽館，以向遊客展示他們的文化，又可以售賣紀念品。

這樣斗湖不就有了一個新旅遊景點了嗎？

9th January 2011 -New town decoration in process to welcome the coming Tawau Cultural Festival to be held on 14-15 January 2011 in Tawau Town.

An international event to be participated by countries of BIMP - Brunei. Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines.


	Festival KEBUDAYAAN TAWAU (BIMP-EAGA) "Kebudayaan Untuk Kedamaian Serantau" 14-15 Januari 2011 Majlis Perbandaran Tawau

The year 2011 is a new chapter in history for Tawau Municipal Council (MPT) to host the large-scale Tawau Cultural Festival 2011 which bring cultures of the BIMP-EAGA together.

BIMP - Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines.

The festival will take place in MPT yard on January 15, 2011.

The festival will involve various tribes of Tidung, Chinese, Murut, Penan, Lundayuh, Bajau, Bugis, India, Java, Toraja, Butun, Iban, Kokos, Sulug, Pakistan and Bisaya.

Events of the festival include exhibition of culture and crafts, dance performances, parade by the tribes in traditional dress, performances of traditional music and song.

Closing ceremony will be officiated Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Musa Aman with a fireworks display.

This cultural event is an opportunity of all walks of life in Tawau to show the culture and arts of ethnic groups as well promote the tourism industry.

Tawau is rich in fresh seafood, rich in flora and fauna, location of the highest tropical tree world, famous golf courses, cocoa etc. All there must be introduced to the visitors.
