New Tawau Town Center
A master planning project for a new Town
Center which emphasizes on Commercial and Tourism Development, in Tawau.
Tawau, located at the Southern most tip of Sabah, is the last point of entry before proceeding to the diving spots of Sipadan and Layang-Layang Islands. It has a potential to be a major tourist destination.
The proposed development will eventually consists of a Convention Center, Hotel, Service Apartments, Shopping Center, Shop Offices and a passenger Ferry Terminal. The development will partly be on a reclaimed land.
