Mimpian Jadi has a Golf Course of 16 holes.

3 Kilometers from Tuaran Town.  Mimpian Jadi Resort reach by highway from Tuaran to Sulaiman. The last 2 kilometers is a narrow gravel road through  mangrove forest and swampy land.

The resort is near to the sandy white beach has many coconut trees on the greenish grass compound with lovely tropical feel.

The variety of recreational facilities few years ago are no longer available.

When the resort newly established they have  a host of events such as a water village cruise, mangrove cruise, water bicycle, canoeing, fishing, jet skis, banana boat and fish trawling. Also activities such as horse riding, Malay blowpipe, lawn bowling, beach soccer, beach volleyball, batik painting, pottery making, go-cart, beach bike, lawn croquet shell digging, scuba diving lesson snorkeling lesson, scuba have-a-try, ping pong, etc.

There is a MTV Karaoke lounge are still available for nightly entertainment.

In a clear day you can see Mount Kinabalu from the private jetty
