The Solar Clock Tower in Tawau

This solar battery clock was donated to the people of Tawau by HATTORI Seiko Co. Ltd., Japan,
as a community project of the Tawau Jaycees of Jaycees Malaysia.
The special feature of the clock is the use of solar batteries which are being constantly recharged only by the rays of the sun.
