Indah Inn is right in the middle shopping complex of Bandar Sri Indah.  Majority of the shops are not open for business yet. If you feel this is like a ghost town and good setting for a ghost town movie filming, then you should learn that Bandar Sri Indah is the largest new township development in Sabah. It is double the size of Tawau Town Centre with the aim to replace the over congested old town 17Km away.  It is so large that it require longer period for people to  migrate to this new town.  It may need 10 to 20 years. By then you come again you will see here is like a big city. For the time being, enjoy the  feeling of being the only tourist stay in a ghost town.

This Indah Inn is the nearest accommodation to Tawau Airport 16Km away. The next hotel is 35Km from the airport. So this Inn is a choice if you have to catch a flight early the next day. But to remind you, public transport is not convenient. You may have to ask the Inn to prearrange a car well in advance. Unless you drive your own car, in this case you have the bonus of the huge car park just for you own self.

Sri Indah Regional Bus Terminal

This is the bus terminal when you arrive Tawau by a long distance bus from Kota Kinabalu or Kuching, Sarawak. Indah Inn is the only and nearest accommodation to this bus terminal.

The straight line distance between Indah Inn and the Regional Bus Terminal is only 0.5 Km. But the road distance for a car is 1.5Km.

From this bus terminal you can travel Pan Borneo Highway all the way to Kuching with transition in Kota Kinabalu and Miri.
