Sutera is less then 2 years old hotel. The rooms are new with facilities still smell new and clean. It is a semi detached houses converted. Being in a residential area is more peaceful and less traffic congested. But just a 3 minutes walk you reached King Park Hotel where the boundary of city centre start with busy traffic in a commercial and hotel area.
If you use Google map to locate Sutera Heritage Inn, the Google images are still the old images of a semi-detached just beginning to reconstructed into an inn.
This Inn has private parking space compare with other hotels in the city centre where you have to park your cars at the shop front.
