Though De Choice Hotel is located at the corner of the Tawau Center, it is only less then 10 minutes walk to Jalan Bunga, the Hotel Street. So you can imagine how small Town Center is.

The hotel is walking distance to any bank, supermarket, food center and night market.

Being with a look of "Business Hotel" yet low-cost, this is a place popular for events such as school party functions.

8 FLOORS
This hotel looks new but it was renovated from one of the oldest "TALL" building of Tawau. One of the tall buildings in the town that has a elevator in those days of "1970s Timber Era". The elevator by now is old fashion but it is in good running condition.

THE ROOMS
Being a budget hotel that save you a lot of unnecessary spending, guest can expect the room to be small, simple bath and toilet facilities and economy services. Yet for a budget room you get a window view to the streets outside, not many of other hotels in the same range offer such.

The hotel is popular of the local, thus the counter staff do not yet have experience in practicing English with foreign tourists.
