Tawau Times Square

PROPOSED 39 STOREY COMMERCIAL/HOTEL COMPLEX BUILDING ON JALAN PESISIRAN OF TAWAU
When completed in 2015, this 39 storey Tawau Times Square will be taller than Menara Tun Mustapha (Yayasan Sabah building is 30 storey tall)
 

2013, the construction of Tawau Times Square (TTS) begins. This tallest building in Sabah will have a shopping mall, a hotel and offices.
The project, which would cost about RM380 million will be completed in 2015. This 39-storey Tawau Times Square is constructed on 3.7 acres of sea located at the Tawau Waterfront.

Fung Thien Sung is the Managing Director of the developer, Hua Li Development Sdn Bhd.

Tawau Times Square will serve as the preferred venue for domestic, commercial and international business.

This new business trade center has facilities such as :
