First found at Gudang 4 a pair of male and female together in June 2014.

Then a single male was found in prawn farm in October 2014

So far this species of Bavia sp GUDANG is the most commond in Sabah :

1) 15 June 2014 First pair of male and female was found in Gudang 4
2) 30 June 2014 2nd Male found in Balung River
3) 14 October 2014 Third Male was found in Prawn Farm

 it is the most commonly found species of its genus. The cephalothorax is brown, with some white hairs and patches, a darker eye region and black eye surrounds.

The slender legs are yellowish-brown with dark brown femora, with the exception of the first pair, which is long, robust, and held in a way resembling a scorpion.

The male's dark abdomen is long and narrow. The abdomen width is only half the width of the cephalothorax.
(The cephalothorax is a tagma of various arthropods, comprising the head and the thorax fused together)
