Realizing the immense career potential
in medical and allied health science
courses, MAHSA College was established on 1 June
2004 with the objective of providing courses in
the field of allied health sciences to train students
in attaining adequate knowledge and skills to be
competent allied health science professionals in
the healthcare industry. MAHSA is strategically located at Pusat Bandar Damansara, Damansara Heights, with a total built-up area of 125,000 sq ft, equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure with ultra modern clinical and science laboratories. MAHSA campus is surrounded by the vibrant and well-planned townships of Kuala Lumpur and Pealing Jaya where shopping malls, restaurants, hawker centres, shops, clinic and banks are available at easy reach. The college has further purchased two 10-storey buildings at the Millennium Court, Jalan Universii and has plans to develop its own campus at its 171/2 acre site at Selayang. |

About MAHSA MAHSA College (KOLEJ MEDICAL AHLI SAINS BERSEKUTU) was established in 2004 with a noble objective of providing programmes in the field of allied health sciences to train paramedic personnel needed for the health services in the public and private sector. Situated in the commercial district of Pusat Bandar Damansara, Damansara Heights, the college is equipped with state of the art infrastructure with ultra modern clinical and science laboratories. With a team of highly qualified and dedicated professional managers, academicians and instructors; students can be assured of receiving world-class health science education. The College offers various courses in Diploma and Degree in allied health sciences such as nursing, physiotherapy, pharmacy, radiography, forensic medicine etc. The College is registered with the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, with approval from the National Accreditation Board. The Diploma programmes will be offered by MAHSA and the Degree programmes will be offered on a twinning basis with reputable International Universities. At present twinning arrangements have been established with the Teesside University and Northumbria University UK. The Nursing Board of the Ministry of Health Malaysia has approved the nursing programme and our student nurses will be trained in the various government hospitals and clinics which have been allocated to us. MAHSA, with smart partnership arrangement with domestic and overseas universities will become one stop centre to produce capable and highly trained health science personnel to meet the demands of our nation. |
