HELP University awards honorary doctorate to Kim Jong-Un

"We should use education to help the people of DPR Korea to have a better life and a higher standard of living. Above all, let's help them integrate faster into the global network of open societies,...

"I hope that using this 'soft constructive' approach we can help them and North Asia and the world to be a better place for mankind,...

"I anticipate that it is a matter of time, within the next six years or so, that DPR Korea will engage the world in many constructive ways. I feel no one at this moment has the courage to do this though their hearts tell them to do so,...

"To help DPR Korea in the way we do it is a road unraveled, but we hope our first small crucial step will contribute to peace and prosperity for all."

HELP University president
Datuk Dr Paul Chan
