DIRECTIONAL ROUTES TO GENTING HIGHLANDS
There are 2 road directions to drive your car up to Genting Highland :
1 FROM SOUTH
A. At Sungai Besi Toll, proceed straight, keep left, enter exit to Cheras
heading up the flyover.
B. Follow Cheras direction, go straight.
C. Pass by Tesco Extra on your left and Pantai Medical Centre on your right, go
straight.
D. Follow Ampang direction.
E. Pass by Ampang, go straight and you will pass Zoo Negara (on your right).
F. Go straight, follow Kuantan direction.
G. Exit Kuantan flyover. Go up the flyover and join Karak Highway.
H. After the Karak Toll, proceed on and turn left at exit 803 A before the
Genting Sempah tunnel and follow directions to
Genting Highlands.
2 FROM NORTH
A. From Ipoh (North-South Highway), exit to Rawang Interchange. Proceed
towards Rawang Town.
B. Pass Rawang, Sungai Choh and Serendah towns.
C. Next town is Batang Kali. Turn right to Genting Highlands (signboard shown).
D. At the next T-junction, turn left to joint road to Genting Highlands.
E. After about 10 or 15 minutes, you will see Genting Skyway Station on your
right. Proceed and follow directions to Awana and Genting Highlands.
Genting Express Bus Service
It is a fast, convenient and economical journey to Genting - City of
Entertainment.
Most visitors use the Genting Express Bus Service.
Direct Bus: Take monorail to Titiwangsa station. Beside Titiwangsa station is
bus terminal, where you get buses heading straight to Genting bus terminal
beside the First World Hotel
For saving on outdoor theme park ticket, there is the Genting Golden Package
which is inclusive of return transportation and an outdoor theme park ticket.
How to get to Genting Highland from airport LCCT-Kuala Lumpur :
From this low cost airport, visitor can travel directly to Genting Highland
Resort and vise vase using AirAsia's SkyVans mini van service.
The one way journey by the SkyVans service cost only RM70. Ticket is available
for sales at counter in LCCT-KL

How to get to Genting Highland from KL Sentral :
Buses leave from KL Sentral Train station every hour for Genting Highland.
The journey involved bus and cable car. From KL Sentral the bus will bring you
up to middle of the hill and drop you at Skyway Complex (Cable Car station).
From here take the cable car to reach Genting Resort at the hill top.
How to get to Genting Highlands the city of entertainment :
1) By Bus from Kuala Lumpur City at the following Genting Express

2 - Terminal PUTRA LRT Gombak - Genting Highlands
3 - KL Sentral Station - Genting Express Bus Service

2) Airport Coach from KL International Airport direct to Genting
:
Airport Coach service is available from KLIA to Genting via Hentian Duta Bus
Station in Kuala Lumpur.
Tickets are available at Genting Counter KLIA Arrival level. The Airport Coach
leaves KLIA every half hour and Genting Express leaves Hentian Duta at hourly
interval from 9.00am to 7.00pm.
3) By Taxi
Get a taxi from Puduraya bus terminal in the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
4) By Car
Your own car or rent one from local Car Rental agencies. It will take
approximately 45 minutes to reach Genting.
It is easy getting to Genting Highlands as there are many clear road signs along
the way.
Parking at the lower Cable Car station located at Gohtong Jaya is free. There
are two space type : Covered space and un-covered space. Finding a space at the
covered carpark can be a challenge.
How to Get There
Genting Highland is one hour from the capital city Kuala Lumpur.
About two hours from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
Taxi available from the airport as well as from Kuala Lumpur city.
The road is good for travel either by car and taxi or by bus.
Genting staff enjoy a 40 percent discount on Bus service.
