我們來到沙巴，天天吃海鮮！佳揚海鮮樓是這幾餐吃下來最喜歡的一家海鮮餐廳，也是最平價的一家。距離市區約40分鐘車程，距離我們入住的佳藍汶萊渡假村約20分鐘車程。

距离沙律海鲜餐厅不远，这里是游客较多的餐厅之一。来到这里不吃海鲜很可惜，可是选错海鲜会很心痛。因此，每次选海鲜前必须问清楚每公斤的价钱，太贵的宁可舍下，另求其次。
夫爱妻心切，本想让我尝尽级品，对我而言，RM30一只如手般大小的老虎虾和RM120一只的龙虾，我会吃到痛彻心扉，决定这里不吃虾，螃蟹每公斤RM26还算合理，来个“酸辣螃蟹”。
螺还是要吃，这次试点飞螺。样子像带子，酒楼的喜筵常在四热荤用飞螺壳来点缀装饰。RM38/公斤，我们要了半公斤。蔬菜，来到沙巴不点“沙巴树仔菜“，很像怪怪的。的确，它是我吃到最频密的蔬菜。
沙巴海鱼很多，西马罕有，即使有也价钱不菲,七星斑RM120/公斤，两个人挑了一条约半公斤的，海鱼肉质数佳，调味不错。
评语：略嫌这间餐馆的上菜很慢，不过两桌顾客，也须等上四十五分钟上菜，若满座时晚餐岂不是变夜宵。价钱没列明，必须问清楚方好点菜，免得被砍的是自己不是桌上鱼。

Gayang is about 15~20 minutes drive from the city center. It can get
crowded on weekends especially when there are big groups of tourists.
At the entrance, you will be greeted by tanks and buckets of live
seafoods. There are big fishes, clams, crabs, lobster, mantis prawn
etc. Price usually go by weight, you can choose from the cooking
styles offered by the restaurant. They also have a variety of
vegetables including some wild plants that are not so common, displayed
on a table for customers to choose.
After visiting Tuaran Crocodile Farm, on my way back to Kota Kinabalu,
my friend took us to Gayang Seafood Restaurant.To get here from Kota
Kinabalu, travel north on Jalan Sulaman, and turn in at the next
junction on the left after passing Salut Seafood Restaurant. The
journey takes about 25 minutes from Kota Kinabalu City.
This place serves No Pork. Fresh seafoods and the price is reasonable
too. Lots of live fishes, tiger prawns, crabs and clams to be choose .
This place is famous not only among tourist but also among the local
people . Unfortunately, we starving when we reached this place till
forgot to snap some pic of that restaurant..hehehe...
were the best restaurants in town, all of them pretty much told me to
head for a) Gayang, b) Salut, and c) Welcome -
I'd go back to Gayang, if only for the warehouse, open-air dining
atmosphere and of course, their fantastic selection of seafood, freshly
caught from the neighbouring waters. It's a tad far from the city's
downtown core - about a 30-minute drive - but it's only about seven
minutes from where I was staying at Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort in
Dalit Bay.
I loved the place the moment I drove up the steep slope to where the
restaurant was perched - on a small hill overlooking the mangrove
swamps and the rainforest jungle beyond. There's no air-conditioning,
mood lighting or fancy carpeting. Just one wide open, breezy,
pillarless hall with one wall stacked with double rows of tanks
brimming with fresh seafood that you have to select; it's also where
you decide and fill your entire dinner order before they even let you
sit at a table. And no, there's no menu to peruse and dawdle over
either. It's like the Seafood Nazi version of dining, but kinder.

Product Description
Gayang Seafood Restaurant is a wooden structure with stilts that was built on a
swampy area and during high tide the building look like it is floating on the
sea. Patrons can enjoy the sea breeze and steep in the beauty of the mangrove
swamp surrounding the Gayang Seafood Restaurant.
There are also private rooms with air-condition for patrons who need a bit more
privacy. Only two rooms are made for this purpose, one that seats 30 persons and
the smaller one can seat 20 persons. Patrons only need to pay an extra charge to
secure the private rooms, to avoid any disappointment do call in early for
reservation.
