Harbour City
| Harbour City, a mixed commercial development project, is poised to transform
the Sembulan skyline. Situated directly across from the Sutera Harbour Resort in
Kota Kinabalu, the development covers 62 acres of prime land with an exceptional
frontage along the Coastal Highway as well as Jalan Sembulan. The completion of
the nearby flyover will create smooth traffic flow into the area. Its developer,
