This RM250 million project shopping mall of East Malaysian is the biggest shopping complex in Kuching since 2015. It has Boulevard Department Store & Hypermarket as tenant and house Sarawak's first skating ring.

Boulevard Shopping Mall is located at 4 1/2 Mile Penrissen Road. Completed on 10th Oct 2007 With Boulevard Hypermarket & Department Store
The mall is not far from Regional Bus Terminal.

The other big mall, The Spring at Simpang Tiga was opened on 10th January 2008.)

Boulevard has retail shops number more than 230 with a good mix various types of business.

The food court, though smaller than the one at the Springs, gives better offerings. Its one stretch canteen style counter has an array of food goodies represent a spectrum of flavors from Indian to Korean fares. Some are well established eateries in town

Imperial Hotel
The four-star 360-room Imperial Hotel was under phase III construction in 2012. The buiding sits on top of the new wing shopping mall, together with two blocks of apartment suites.

The hotel and the apartments were opened in 2014. The hotel’s banquet hall could accommodate 150 tables for official or social gatherings.

The two Phase I and II shopping malls are interconnected by link bridges. Adjacent to the new wing shopping mall is an eight-storey car park cum entertainment centre that house a roller skate rink, K-Box, an amusement arcade and eight cinema halls.

Since its full operation in 2014, the Boulevard Shopping Mall became Sarawak’s largest one-stop lifestyle mall.

The Departmental stores and hypermarket recorded an average monthly revenue of RM10 million in 2011, and attracted some 500,000 shoppers a month.

The shopping mall is also the first in Kuching city to be linked to a hotel and service apartments.

Boulevard Shopping Mall (BSM), Kuching is a new mall with 1.7 million square foot of retail extravaganza.

The new wing of Boulevard Shopping Mall, named Boulevard Shopping Mall II opened in 2012 with more than 230 retail outlets.

The perfectly connected three floors in a link corridor between the Phase I give shoppers a comforting and convenience accessibility.

Located on the Ground Floor of BSM II, the ‘Stylish Avenue’ offers diversified fashion labels from renowned retailers.

The ‘Enchanted Boulevard’ located on the first floor have an array of merchandises and services, offering fashion apparel, accessories, optical, books, toys, gifts, beauty and personal care, to specialty stores cater for mothers and children.

Boulevard is own by Sarawak own business men. The first Boulevard Mall is in Miri which is smaller than the Kuching sister mall.

The second to open is the Spring Mall - Kuching largest 2-storey mall. With over 100 retail outlets, a gourmet supermarket, an excellent food court. Here you find Kenny Rogers Roasters and Sushi King, Starbucks Coffee, Secret Recipe, Manhattan Fish Market etc
At Popular Bookstore one can find a lot of Chinese books not available in other Kuching book shops.
Thee is another Popular Bookstore at Tun Jugah in Kuching City Center.
