T Hotel officially opened in June 2013, located opposite to Milimewa Superstore in Fajar town Centre in Tawau.
This 23 rooms shop-house style inn covering three floors. Simple and comfortable setting for leisure travelers. The simple accommodation has hot shower bathroom and fully air conditioned.


Being a newly opened hotel, the rooms are fitted with freshly laundered beddings. Each room has a writing desk. Hairdryer and ironing facilities are available on request. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. All the fully equipped accommodations include bathroom, LCD TV, air-condition, hot water shower, hot and cold drinking water and wireless WIFI


It has luggage storage facilities at its 24-hour front desk.
There is no private hotel car park, but car owners can park their cars at the public road side car park beside the shop blocks at 0.21 cents per hour.


T Hotel is 30-minute drive from Tawau Airport. Shan Shui Golf Course is a 15-minute drive away.
Visitors can easily find meals at several restaurants at the surrounding shop blocks.
