Diagnostically important feature of this Miagrammopes species is the presence of only a single row of 4 eyes running across the front of the spider.
Some said the other first row may be poorly developed, thus giving the impression that they have only four eyes.

The Eyes arrangements are difference between Pisauridae and Lycosidae :
Pisauridae have two rows of four eyes each, all roughly the same size.
Lycosidae have a lower row of four small eyes, upper row are two large eyes with two big eyes behind.
