The appearances of the figs from both Ficus schwarzii and Ficus lepicarpa are very similar. Both have a yellow-green color when ripening lacking bracts and hair on the Figs.

POLLINATORS AND NON-POLLINATORS

 

So far only one  non-pollinating Wasp species was found in Ficus lepicarpa in Sabah. The racial of Non Pollinator to Pollinator is estimated as 1 to 50+-. This is by counting the two species of dead males trapped inside a fig Ficus lepicarpa fig.
